Improved functionality and control The NetworX IP communications module interfaces with the UltraSync app to provide homeowners with remote system management. It prevents confusion, and it's a good idea to keep that trick as an "ace in the hole" because one _can_ delete or scramble the master code, while trying to set or change user codes if you lose track of what you are doing. The NetworX control panel is at the center of a scalable system that can easily expand as security requirements change. Once you are sure the master code works, go back into programming and repeat the sequence to disable the installer code as a master code. Zone Light The zone lights are off when everything is normal. Stay Light The stay light is on when the all interior (motion detector) zones are bypassed. The ready light is off when the system is not ready to arm because of a zone(s) being faulted. *5 (ready light will flash)Įnter "01" (the master code is User code 01) 8 Ready Light The ready light is on when the system is ready to arm and flashes if ready to force arm. Give it a minute to settle after exiting programming Press * a second time (accepting the data in the next segment that you are making no changes to) Press * (it's essentially the "enter" key Press "4" to turn on option 4 (this lets the installer code act as a master user code) Ok! What we are going to do is temporarily set the installer code to act as a master code (a trick that only works if you are already disarmed).
